Submit the Skill Assessment
After submitting the application form, you will be given instructions for the skill assessment. This helps us understand your abilities and strengths.

Prepare for Interviews
Once you pass the application screening and the skill assessment, you will be invited to a panel interview with our team to assess personality, skill, and culture fit.

Pre-boarding Orientation
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a virtual pre-boarding orientation where the Dilaab team will introduce the company, its policies, and its processes. This allows the applicant to assess the right fit before proceeding any further.

Complete the Training
To ensure you are fully ready to work with our clients, you will be required to undergo and successfully complete our 1-month virtual training which includes a combination of synchronous sessions and asynchronous lessons.
