At Dilaab Digitals, 16% of our team identifies as LGBTQIA+—a statistic that sparked Bahaghari, a Pride Month initiative rooted in education, inclusivity, and empowerment. Through heartfelt conversations and a powerful SOGIESC webinar, we deepened our culture of belonging, proving that when people feel safe to be themselves, they thrive—and so does the community around them.
