We unlearned myths, embraced facts, and opened up conversations once silenced by stigma. It wasn’t just a session—it was a step toward compassion, responsibility, and change. Because at Dilaab, advocacy lives in the everyday, and every person matters.

At Dilaab Digitals, 16% of our team identifies as LGBTQIA+—a statistic that sparked Bahaghari, a Pride Month initiative rooted in education, inclusivity, and empowerment. Through heartfelt conversations and a powerful SOGIESC webinar, we deepened our culture of belonging, proving that when people feel safe to be themselves, they thrive—and so does the community around them.
